Do you edit or apply censorship to messages?
No. Except “uh”s and “um”s, we type the caller’s voice message word-for-word. We provide a service based on trust and absolute accuracy, so we do not and will not exercise any censorship.
Can I add this service if I already have voicemail service from another provider?
Yes, we are compatible with most PBX phone systems and cloud-telephone services providers. All that is required is you set the unique @pw-1.us email address we’ll assign you as the destination for your voicemail notification.
How long can voicemail message recordings be?
Our maximum length accepted is 5 minutes per message. Any messages that are longer than 2 minutes may receive lower processing priority. Special exceptions may be made for accounts with unique applications requiring longer than 5 minute message processing.
Will my phone number be compatible?
Yes, most likely. Give us a call and we can walk you through the instructions to send all of your unanswered phone calls to our service for transcription.
Does this solution integrate with other business software applications, like Webforms or ZenDesk?
Yes, we integrate with several CRM, dispatch, and Helpdesk applications like ZenDesk, for example. Give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Can I upgrade my plan after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. We do recommend customers select the package that is closest to their expected monthly usage.
